I live in the Philippines where every day is summer (except when there are typhoons). We enjoy sublime weathers, blue skies and sunny days all-year-round. Among the fruits we are blessed to have at unlimited supply and good quality are coconut, banana, and mango.

Feel free to browse and try the recipes and drop me a line in the comment box. Many are vegetarian- and vegan-friendly as I work my way to becoming one. But since my family appears to have no such plans and I’ve been designated the kitchen diva, I whip my wand once in a while to produce seafood dishes.
