Blue Smoothie

INGREDIENTS
A handful of blueberries, half a banana, some almonds (together with the water I soaked them in for several hours), a sprinkling of flax seeds, fresh peppermint leaves, and a few ice cubes.

PROCEDURE
Toss everything into a blender.
